Mountain Sun Seasonal Belgian Ales

Bright Sky Belgian Blonde

Our version of a traditional Belgian Blonde is pale, medium-bodied and highlights flavors of banana and pear which come from a yeast strain from one of the few remaining Trappist breweries. Ginger Flower Saison

This playful variation on our traditional Saison utilizes Fresh Ginger throughout the brewing process to enhance the beer’s floral, citrus and spice character. A crisp, dry finish helps keep the beer super refreshing. Saisons originated in the Wallonia region of southern Belgium during the 19th century. Saison translates to “season” in French. These beers were typically brewed during the winter months, and stored until summer when they were consumed by farm workers as a form of hydration and sustenance.

Contemporary American and German hop varieties lend notes of citrus and ripe fruit while flavors of bubblegum and peppery spice are provided by the French Saison yeast. The beer is named after the Rhino Room Pool Hall, which was one of the former inhabitants of what is now the Vine St. Brewery.
