Ginger Flower Saison

A crisp, dry finish helps keep the beer super refreshing. Saisons originated in the Wallonia region of southern Belgium during the 19th century. Saison translates to “season” in French. These beers were typically brewed during the winter months, and stored until summer when they were consumed by farm workers as a form of hydration and sustenance.

Contemporary American and German hop varieties lend notes of citrus and ripe fruit while flavors of bubblegum and peppery spice are provided by the French Saison yeast. The beer is named after the Rhino Room Pool Hall, which was one of the former inhabitants of what is now the Vine St. Brewery.
